Varilo turns paper checklists into inspections done on a phone. You place a QR code or NFC tag where the check happens, the worker scans it without logging in and without installing an app, answers the questions, adds photos and a signature, and the finished report lands in your company panel.

How an inspection works in Varilo
1. Pick or build a checklist
Use one of 50+ ready-made checklists from the catalogue or build your own: yes/no questions, scales, single choice, text fields, mandatory photos and conditional questions shown only when they are relevant.
2. Print a QR code or write an NFC tag
Every checklist and every patrol checkpoint has its own address. Print it as a QR code or write it to an NFC tag — a sheet on the machine, a sticker at the entrance, a tag on the gate.
3. The worker runs the inspection on a phone
Scanning the code or tapping the tag opens the inspection in the browser — no account, no installation. Questions appear one by one, answers are highlighted green and red, and losing coverage does not stop the work.
4. The report reaches the panel and the inbox
As soon as the inspection is saved, a report is created with your logo, photos, signature, date and location. Print it, save it as PDF, send it by e-mail or export the data to CSV.

Patrols with checkpoints
One patrol, many places. Every checkpoint has its own QR code and its own set of questions, and everything lands in one report.
