Reports, actions and schedules
Every inspection becomes a finished document — with your logo, photos and full history.
The report writes itself after every inspection
Nothing has to be retyped or assembled by hand. When an employee finishes a checklist, Varilo builds a report with its own number, date, outcome and the full list of answers.
Open the report in the panel, print it or save it as a PDF. It carries your company logo, so you can hand it to a client, inspector or contractor without any extra work.
Every inspection collects in one place — with history, filters and a quick way to find a specific document by its number.
What is inside a report?
Logo and report number
Your organisation's logo plus a unique number with the checklist prefix — easy to quote.
Answers and outcome
Every question with its answer and the inspection result: passed or with non-conformities.
Photos and comments
Photos taken next to the questions with their descriptions — proof of the state at that moment.
Closing notes
Positive, neutral and negative notes with a photo; negative ones can affect the outcome.
Signature, time and GPS
The performer's signature, the date and time of completion and an optional location.
Who ran the inspection
The performer's details — also when the inspection came from a QR code without login.
How to share a report
Print and PDF
One button prints the report or saves it as a PDF in a clean, readable light version.
Send by e-mail
With the e-mail field enabled, the report goes to the given address right after the inspection.
Link to the online version
The recipient opens the report in a browser without an account — it looks exactly like in the app.
CSV export
Download the inspection overview into a spreadsheet and use it in your own analysis.
Corrective actions instead of a “fix later” note
Turn a non-conformity into a task with a priority, deadline and assignee. You can see what is open and what is already closed.
IF → THEN rules create actions automatically — a chosen answer opens the task immediately, with nothing to remember afterwards.
The action list has its own filters, so a manager sees only what concerns their area or team.
Schedules and reminders
Plan recurring inspections ahead: daily, weekly or on selected dates. The system reminds you when one is due.
A schedule can be edited, paused and resumed or deleted — the plan follows the changes in your company.
When a deadline passes there is an escalation, so a missed inspection does not disappear in the backlog.
Filters, sorting and the dashboard
Filter reports by checklist, date, performer, outcome, number prefix and whether they contain non-conformities or notes.
Sort the checklist list by number of inspections, outcome or name to spot the process that causes the most trouble.
The dashboard shows trends: inspections run, issues found and open actions. Narrow the view to yourself, your team or the whole organisation.
